To strengthen our team in Zell am See, we are looking for a Tourism Account Manager (m/f/d) who will support our guests, coordinate bookings and play a key role in the daily management of our holiday apartments.
Your Tasks
As a Tourism Account Manager (m/f/d), you are the main point of contact for our guests and ensure that every stay is professionally managed from booking through to departure.
Your responsibilities include supporting guests before, during and after their stay, answering enquiries, coordinating reservations and assisting with all organisational matters related to their holiday.
Another important part of your role is guest communication via email, telephone and digital communication channels, ensuring quick response times and excellent customer service.
You will also coordinate check-ins, guest arrivals and operational processes for our holiday apartments and chalets while working closely with housekeeping, facility management and external service providers.
In addition, you will assist with daily hospitality operations, oversee bookings and help optimise internal workflows to ensure a smooth guest experience.
Unlike a traditional hotel reception, you will work in a modern hospitality environment supported by digital systems, efficient processes and more predictable working hours.
Your Profile
Ideally, you have:
- Experience in tourism, hospitality or guest services
- Previous experience in front office, reception or guest relations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A friendly, professional and service-oriented attitude
- Strong organisational skills and a structured way of working
- Enjoy working with people from different cultures
- Passion for tourism, travel and hospitality
- Very good German and good English language skills
