What does a we.rent franchise partner do?
You run your own business for professional holiday-home management in your region: developing the territory, winning and caring for owners, selling and leading a team. Head office provides the system, brand and support.
What support do I receive?
Central support includes onboarding, office launch, we.web, services, marketing and sales, management support, IT, training and partner care. Internal procedures stay inside the partner platform.
Do I need industry experience?
Experience in tourism, rentals or as an entrepreneur is an advantage. Motivated career-changers can start if they are willing to learn and meet the formal requirements.
Do I remain self-employed?
Yes. You act in your own name and at your own risk. At the same time you belong to a shared system – self-employed, never on your own.
How does onboarding work?
After the joint decision come basic training in theory and practice, system access and support until your office launch. The detail belongs in the partner process, not on the website.
What is we.web?
we.web is the digital service and knowledge platform for processes, know-how, tools and collaboration. Its content is available only to partners and their teams.
What is expected of me locally?
Regional territory development, customer acquisition and care, sales, team leadership and your local network. Head office focuses on the system, training, marketing instruments, IT and quality.
How is the territory handled?
You work in a contractually defined territory with brand and territory protection. Head office decides awards. Internal protection rules are not published here.
What training is provided?
Structured basic training, ongoing development and digital training tools. Curricula stay inside the partner platform.
