We can only do this because we have incorporated a cleaning company into our holiday property management.

In the case of very careless guests, a good deposit management policy helps, which we are happy to take on for you and your holiday property. We want to prepare together with you, the owner: type numbers of electrical appliances, uniform sets of crockery and cutlery as well as a well-stocked reserve storage area with light bulbs, batteries and much more. This is holiday property management at the highest level! Our owners receive a preparation list with products and links as part of the onboarding process, immediately after calculating their forecast.
