To strengthen our team in Zell am See, we are looking for a Marketing Manager (m/f/d) who will play a key role in building our brand and driving the marketing strategy of our growing company.
Your Tasks
As a Marketing Manager (m/f/d), you will lead and develop the marketing activities of a growing company operating in the tourism, holiday rental and hospitality industry. Your mission is to strengthen the we rent apartments brand and attract both holiday property owners and guests through innovative digital marketing strategies.
Your core responsibilities include developing and implementing marketing strategies for the tourism and holiday rental sector. You will plan and manage SEO, content marketing, performance marketing and digital advertising campaigns to increase brand awareness, generate qualified leads and expand our customer base.
Another key aspect of your role is creating engaging content for our website, digital platforms and marketing campaigns. Through authentic storytelling about holiday apartments, hospitality and Alpine tourism, you will position our brand as a leading provider in the market.
You will also analyse marketing data, campaign performance and customer behaviour using digital analytics tools, identifying opportunities to optimise performance and continuously improve marketing processes.
Working closely with our Sales, Operations and Management teams, you will actively contribute to the continued growth and development of the we rent apartments brand within a dynamic and fast-growing market.
Your Profile
We are looking for a marketing professional with a passion for tourism and digital business models.
- Experience as a Marketing Manager or Digital Marketing Manager
- Strong knowledge of SEO, performance marketing and content marketing
- Experience with analytics tools such as Google Analytics, SEO platforms, GEO tools and CRM systems
- Interest in tourism, hospitality or holiday rental management
- Strong analytical thinking and a structured approach to work
- Ability to work independently and take responsibility
- Excellent German and good English language skills
